Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute menus tailored to corporate and industrial clientele, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement while minimizing wastage.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including allergen management.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes or culinary techniques to meet client preferences and trends.
• Collaborate with management to plan special events, catering requirements, and new service launches.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
