Job Description

As a Relationship Manager focusing on Business-to-Business (B2B) relationships, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

- Understand clients' business objectives, risk exposures, and insurance requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized insurance solutions that address clients' needs.

- Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional insurance products.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Candidates should have an Insurance Background and hands-on experience in the agency vertical in an Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.

- Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
