Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist students with academic planning and career exploration.
• Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide strategies for improvement.
• Develop and implement academic intervention programs for at-risk students.
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, academic plans, and student progress.
• Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
• Stay informed about academic policies, programs, and resources available to students.
• Provide support during registration and course selection processes.
• Assist in the development of orientation programs for new students.
