Roles & Responsibilities:

1. WhatsApp Inbound Chats Management

• Handle all inbound messages from clients and prospects via WhatsApp.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure ongoing communication to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

1. Client Calls

• Engage in direct communication with leads who require more detailed discussions about services.
• Answer client questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and ensure their queries are addressed effectively.

1. Meeting Scheduling

• Coordinate meetings with clients and prospects after initial contact, ensuring both parties’ availability.
• Schedule calls and meetings for our internal team, managing the calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure meetings are confirmed and remind clients ahead of scheduled times.

1. Reporting & Daily Updates

• At the end of each workday, prepare and submit a report detailing:
• WhatsApp chats handled
• Calls made to clients and prospects
• Meeting schedules and outcomes
• Provide updates to management on lead progress and any challenges faced.

1. Lead Follow-Up & Tracking

• Follow up with potential leads regularly to keep the communication flow active.
• Ensure that no lead is missed and is properly tracked through all stages of the sales funnel.

1. Contributing to Team Performance

• Your performance will directly impact team effectiveness, and failure to fulfill responsibilities may lead to performance consequences.
• Ensure timely and thorough communication to support the overall sales and client engagement process.
