Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of assigned residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and coordinating between different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Address and resolve tenant disputes promptly while maintaining positive relationships
• Maintain proper records of all transactions, communications, and legal documents
• Coordination between all the stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field
• Experience in the filed of real estate will be an additional benefit
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
