The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid real estate license (preferred)
