Job Description

The Customer Acquisition is responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound inquiries. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential customers and delivering a sales pitch with passion, commitment, courtesy, and professionalism.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Makes outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling,
• Identifies customer needs and establishes value by presenting how we could be a possible resolution
• Provides management with a weekly update.
• Note: Tamil and Telugu are mandatory.
