Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred :- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales if any, preferably in online selling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
