Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, fixing client meetings, and supporting our sales efforts. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information.
  1. Client Meetings:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Follow up with clients post-meetings to ensure their needs are met and to close deals.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and progress towards targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
