As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into insurance policy sales over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance products offered by Policybazaar.

Lead Generation: Call on provided leads andpithc them about PB products.

Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of insurance products.

Needs Assessment: Understand the customer's insurance requirements by asking probing questions and conducting thorough needs analysis.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of different insurance products offered by Policybazaar.

Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers effectively and provide appropriate solutions to convert leads into sales.

Closing Sales: Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value proposition and overcoming any final objections
