Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel skills and have a solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and MIS operations. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our information systems to support business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Reporting:
• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts to support business needs.
• System Maintenance and Support:
• Maintain and update MIS databases and systems to ensure they are operating effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS applications and data.
• Business Analysis:
• Work closely with different departments to understand their MIS needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate business intelligence reports to management for informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
• Implement best practices in data management and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation and Training:
• Document processes, procedures, and user guides related to MIS operations.
• Train end-users on MIS tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present data and reports clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Certification in data analysis or MIS-related courses.
