Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller cum Joiner who will play a key role in sourcing candidates for positions in security, housekeeping, and other facility services, as well as managing the onboarding and stock maintenance processes. This role involves candidate follow-up, vacancy report preparation, and uniform stock management to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Sourcing Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to source manpower for roles such as security guards, housekeeping staff, and other facility-related positions.
  • Provide detailed information on job requirements, role expectations, and company standards.

2. Candidate Joining and Documentation:

  • Coordinate the joining process for selected candidates, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Distribute uniforms and necessary supplies to candidates as part of the onboarding process.

3. Follow-Up with Candidates:

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates post-interview to ensure smooth onboarding and address any queries.
  • Update candidates on the next steps and assist them in completing all joining formalities.

4. Vacancy and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate vacancy reports to keep track of open positions, candidate sourcing, and hiring progress.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and ensure data accuracy in vacancy reports for review by management.

5. Data Management:

  • Record all candidate interactions, sourcing outcomes, and onboarding details in the company’s database or recruitment system.
  • Ensure that all records are maintained up-to-date, following company policies and confidentiality standards.

6. Stock Maintenance for Uniforms and Supplies:

  • Track and maintain inventory of uniforms, onboarding kits, and other required supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to reorder supplies as necessary, keeping stock records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and audits to monitor uniform availability, ensuring candidates receive the appropriate onboarding materials.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for report preparation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
