Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Kavipushp Jewels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing personalized customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the retail operations in our showroom. You will work closely with clients to help them choose the perfect bridal jewelry pieces for their special occasion, offering expert guidance and advice while fostering lasting relationships.
- Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting bridal jewelry based on their preferences, styles, and budget.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, including new collections, materials, and trends in bridal jewelry.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Provide detailed explanations about the quality, design, and value of jewelry pieces.
- Ensure jewelry displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to maximize customer interest.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries, product returns, and customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Develop repeat business through relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Store Operations:
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, tracking stock levels, and ensuring the availability of key products.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
- Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet store goals.
- Share customer feedback, sales insights, and suggestions for improving customer experience and store performance.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry (experience in bridal jewelry is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and an eye for detail in design and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-value merchandise responsibly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and transaction management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in retail management or sales is a plus.
