Key Focus Areas:  

1. Secured Business Loans: Focus on driving the development and growth of secured business loans, with a ticket size ranging from ₹3 Lac to ₹30 Lac, specifically catering to emerging market retail customers.  

2. Direct Source Model: Primarily work within a direct sourcing model to acquire and engage customers.

Required Experience & Skills:  

1. Experience in Product: At least 2-4 years of experience in secured lending, with a specific focus on retail lending products.  

2. Product Knowledge: Proficiency in secured loan products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgages, Business Loans, Small Ticket Business Loans, and Home Loan Sales.  

3. Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or any degree.
