Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

· Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster trust and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and market insights to management.
