Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Inbound and Outbound Process Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound communications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

1.Handling Inbound Communications: Answering incoming calls, emails, and other communications from clients and providing timely and accurate information or assistance.

2.Managing Outbound Communications: Making outbound calls, sending emails, and other communications to follow up with clients, provide updates, or gather necessary information.

3.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all communications, including call logs, emails, and other correspondence.

4.Problem Resolution: Addressing client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.

5.Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all communications adhere to company policies and procedures, and meeting quality and productivity standards.

6.Collaboration: Collaborating with team members and other departments to provide seamless support to clients and achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns or frustrations.
• Flexibility to work night shifts
