Job Description
1. A Car Salesperson acts as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the transaction process of buying a new or used vehicle.
2. A salesperson is responsible for generating trust and long term relationships with the customer while keeping the dealer's interests in mind.
3. Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car
4. Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information
5. Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
