Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates include:
- Ability to communicate with customers in regional and international languages i.e. Telugu, Kannada and English respectively.
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
- Provide support on Calls, WhatsApp and Emails.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems.
