JOB DESCRIPTION: Operation Executives

        Qualification: Graduation

        Experience: Minimum 3 To 5 Yrs. 

        Package: 3 To 5 LPA

        Industry- Non-IT Product / Services & Consulting

        Functional Area - HR & Administration

·        Having Vast Experience in Operation and Labor Management.

·        Co-Ordinating with Clients as well as Site In-Charge for effective Operations.

·        Good Communication Skills are Required.

·        Monitor and Operate all Company's CSR Activities.

·        Prepare All Necessary Reports (Monthly & Yearly) to support both Internal and External Requirement.

·        Arrange The Orientation Program for New Employee and Provide the Training of HR Practices to Employees.

·        Take Care Of Whole Process of Company and Client Recruitment.

·        Able to work Under Pressure.

·        Willing to Travel Independently to all the Sites (Outstation Travel Included)

·        Communicating with Higher Management to Develop Strategic Operation Goals.

·        Developing Strategic Plans For Long Term Achievements.

·        Creating and Managing the Organization's fiscal Operating and Capital Budget and Expenses.

·        Monitoring Operational Performance of both Internal and External.

·        Monitoring Facility Condition And Environmental Performance and Recommending or Approving funding Levels and Spending Plans.

·        Maintain a good Relation with Clients On day to day Basis.
