Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will assist in maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests.

Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports.

Order Management:

Process and track sales orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product dispatch.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong communication with existing customers to handle queries, complaints, or follow-up on orders.

Support the sales team in maintaining customer databases and ensuring up-to-date client information.

Coordination Between Departments:

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and production to ensure seamless coordination.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely payment processing.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Track sales performance, monitor targets, and provide insights for improvement.

Sales Documentation and Filing:

Maintain organized records of all sales-related documents and communications for easy retrieval.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding sales processes.

Team Support:
