Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a real estate company. This role involves setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with company objectives. The Sales Manager is also responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Create and manage the sales department budget.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.


Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track team and individual performance.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas and KPIs.


Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in negotiating sales contracts and agreements.
  • Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the real estate landscape.
  • Use market research to identify opportunities and potential areas for growth.


Reporting and Documentation:


  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
