Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and marketplaces.
• Conduct market research and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Represent Hoogah at events and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Age Group: 25-35 years.
• Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing (preferred).
• Experience in sales and/or marketing (2-5 years) in startups, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
