We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele- Inside sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating new leads, understanding potential customer needs, presenting our CRM software solution, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong sales skills, and experience in software or CRM or Software sales.

• Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, conduct cold calls, and manage follow-ups to build a solid pipeline of prospective customers.
• Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of our CRM software, addressing client needs and concerns, and providing live demonstrations when needed.
• Sales Negotiation: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, propose solutions, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to maximize upselling opportunities and gather feedback.
• CRM Management: Track all interactions, customer information, and sales activities within the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and performance analysis.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
