Job Description:ICICI Lombard is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives at our Begumpet, Hyderabad location. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers and undergraduates to begin their career in the fast-paced insurance industry with one of India's leading insurance providers.

• Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote ICICI Lombard’s general insurance products (health, motor, travel, home, etc.).
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally, provide information about products, and answer queries to address their concerns.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade and convert potential leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering the most suitable insurance solutions.
• Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up on leads and inquiries to increase conversion rates.
• Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information regarding interactions and sales.
• Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Key Skills:Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
• Sales Aptitude: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to purchase insurance products.
• Customer Service: Proficiency in understanding customer needs and providing excellent service.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools for maintaining customer records.
• Qualifications:Education: Open to freshers and undergraduates (minimum 12th pass).
• Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a customer service role is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Location: Willingness to work from the Begumpet office in Hyderabad.
