Role & responsibilities -

Engage with students through phone calls, emails, or chat platforms.

Listen actively to clients concerns, needs, and preferences.

Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor throughout interactions.

Make outbound calls from provided lists or databases.

Initiate conversations to introduce the institution and its programs.

Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant details.

Clarify doubts and answer questions regarding the institutions offerings.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.

Experience in the educational sector or knowledge of educational programs is a plus.

Generating leads and convert the leads into admission
