Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, suggesting appropriate services, and communicating service recommendations and estimates to customers. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire service process.

Qualifications

• Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills: Candidate should have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks to be able to advise customers on the appropriate services based on their concerns.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills: Candidate should be customer-focused, able to maintain positive relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
• Communication skills: Candidate should possess excellent communication skills to clearly communicate service recommendations and estimates to customers. Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.

Bonus: Knowledge of the automotive industry, familiarity with service processes, and experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is an added advantage. A Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
