JD - Business Development Associate

Location - Hyderabad: 6 days working (Weekends working) 

Notice Period - Immediate joiner 

CTC - Upto 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) 

Language - English and Tamil are a must


Responsibilities 

● Identify potential business opportunities and target markets. Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and potential clients.

● Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present company products or services. 

● Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet Weekly Targets. 

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 

● Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

● Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs. 

● Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly. 

● Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.





Skills: 

● Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2C environment is a must . 

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Edtech Experience is a must. 

● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

● Familiarity with market research and Lead Generation
