Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 


- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. 

- Client Meetings: Conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers. 

- Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs and provide them with suitable property options. 

- Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. 

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 

- Market Awareness: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. 

- Networking: Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand the network and promote the company's offerings. 


 Qualifications and Skills: 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry. 

- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

- Customer Focus: Ability to understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions. 

- Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the local real estate market. 

- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven. 

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 

- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
