Business Development Executive - Interior Design

Woodpickr Studios, a leading interior design firm, is searching for a highly motivated and articulate Business Development Executive to spearhead our client acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for leads: Utilize various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, networking events) to generate a steady flow of potential clients for our design services.
  • Qualify leads: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand client needs, budget, and project timeline. Classify leads as cold, warm, or hot based on their level of interest and project readiness.
  • Schedule Experience Center visits: Convince qualified leads to schedule personalized consultations at our Experience Center, showcasing our design capabilities and expertise.
  • Relationship building: Develop rapport with potential clients, addressing their concerns and building trust in our design process.
  • Market research: Stay informed on current design trends, competitor offerings, and target market preferences.
  • Reporting: Track lead generation activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards client acquisition goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image: Represent the company with enthusiasm and confidence at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging style.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and current trends (a plus).
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate objections.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management expertise.
  • Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using various communication tools (phone, email, social media).
