We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Proposal Development:Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the printing, technology, or related industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
