Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience min 4+ years in Field Sales role with team handling capability

2. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

5. Availability to travel as needed

6. Must be a Graduate

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies

2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

3. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

7. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

8. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

9. Report on sales results to senior management
