Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad(Begaumpet)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 days per week (Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs)
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi and English
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Interaction Manager to oversee and enhance our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will manage escalated customer issues, lead service improvement initiatives, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
- Address and resolve complex customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Service Improvement:
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues and improve service delivery.
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Retention:
- Develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and loyalty.
- Implement customer engagement programs and loyalty schemes.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive service enhancements.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team is preferred
