Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad(Begaumpet)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 days per week (Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi and English


Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Interaction Manager to oversee and enhance our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will manage escalated customer issues, lead service improvement initiatives, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Address and resolve complex customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Service Improvement:
  • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues and improve service delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Training:
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Retention:
  • Develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and loyalty.
  • Implement customer engagement programs and loyalty schemes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive service enhancements.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team is preferred
