Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive the growth of our digital sales channels. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website management and online marketing to order fulfillment and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, a passion for digital marketing, and a track record of driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance the user experience.
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the industry and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, delivery services, and marketing agencies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service processes and handling escalated issues.
• Stay current with e-commerce technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving e-commerce KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho) and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), Google ads and Meta business suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer segmentation strategies.
