We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR Executive - Recruitment to join our team at Optival Health Services Pvt Ltd (MedPlus). This role focuses solely on talent acquisition, ensuring that the best candidates are identified, evaluated, and onboarded to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Fresh Graduate Female (any discipline).
• Languages: Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools or ATS is a plus.
