Job Description

Key Responsibilites:

  • Engage with prospective customers at strategic locations such as malls, tech parks, and residential communities.
  • Promote our plots through kiosks, pop-up booths, and targeted field activities.
  • Interact with potential buyers, answer queries, and provide information about plot location, pricing, and offers.
  • Gather and update lead information from on-field interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Distributing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Be proactive in identifying and approaching individuals interested in real estate investment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads generated, and feedback collected, and report back to the manager.

  • You are driven to meet targets, whether it’s leads collected or inquiries generated. You know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes.”

  • You’re comfortable using mobile apps for data collection, and can work with CRM tools to keep track of leads.
