Job Description
Key Responsibilites:
- Engage with prospective customers at strategic locations such as malls, tech parks, and residential communities.
- Promote our plots through kiosks, pop-up booths, and targeted field activities.
- Interact with potential buyers, answer queries, and provide information about plot location, pricing, and offers.
- Gather and update lead information from on-field interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Distributing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Be proactive in identifying and approaching individuals interested in real estate investment.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads generated, and feedback collected, and report back to the manager.

- You love talking to people and have an energetic, engaging personality that naturally draws others in.
- You are driven to meet targets, whether it’s leads collected or inquiries generated. You know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes.”
- You enjoy working in varied environments – from bustling marketplaces to corporate hubs.
- You’re not afraid to think outside the box when it comes to engaging potential buyers and sparking their interest.
- You’re comfortable using mobile apps for data collection, and can work with CRM tools to keep track of leads.
