Overview:


As a Field Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will be the face of the company, representing our brand and values while engaging with potential candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
  7. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  8. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  9. Diversity and Inclusion: Proactively seek out diverse candidates and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  10. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a field or high-volume recruiting environment.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  7. Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  8. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
