We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our mission of empowering people to live healthier lives.


Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their wellness needs, and guiding them toward the right programs and services. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and work to convert them into long-term clients. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about health and wellness who enjoys sales and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, providing detailed information about our wellness programs and services.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate wellness solutions.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring they receive personalized care and support throughout their wellness journey.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, converting them into bookings and memberships.
  • Work on renewals by proactively reaching out to clients whose packages are nearing expiration, ensuring a seamless renewal process and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline sales processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM software.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a wellness, fitness, healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of wellness programs and tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Empathy and a passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their well-being.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wellness programs or experience in the wellness industry is a plus.
