Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, including

team leadership and insurance sales. The role involves managing an insurance team, driving sales performance,

overseeing policy administration, and ensuring smooth operations for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

o Lead, train, and manage a team of insurance professionals, ensuring high performance and

productivity.

o Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans for team members.

Insurance Sales Management:

o Drive insurance sales targets, developing strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer

base.

o Monitor team performance in achieving sales goals and provide support in closing deals.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to foster

business growth.

Policy Administration :

o Oversee the management of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, renewals, and compliance with

regulations.

Risk Assessment & Strategy Implementation:

o Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

o Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.

Client Communication & Support:

o Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

o Prepare reports on sales performance, policy updates, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

 3-5 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on sales and team management.

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or MBA

 Proven ability to lead a sales-driven team and meet targets.

 Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims, and risk management.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
