Required Interior Site Engineers for Finishes Works and Interior Works @ Hyderabad. High Raised Commercial Structures experience is must.

Job Description:

• Minimum 3years of experience in Finishes & Interior Works. High raised commercial structure experience is must.
• Should have knowledge in oversee construction planning and execution efforts.
• Should have ability to read drawings, evaluate the required material and supervise the works with best quality.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
• Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
• Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time
• Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in Customer Project Schedule.
• Should have ability to communicate with Clients/Customers with good communication skills.
• Should maintain the reports and checklists and report them to management daily, weekly and monthly.
• Should report the work progress weekly at head office to management.

Candidate requirements:

• Preferred to have minimum 3 years of Experience in Interior finishes works (e.g., Flooring Works, Ceiling Works, Cladding Works, Painting Works, Punning Works, Skirting Works, MS Railing, Partition Works, Plumbing, Electrical and other interior Works).
• High Raised commercial structure projects experience is must.
• B. Tech in Civil Eng. Or Equivalent Graduation in Interiors.
• Candidates should have knowledge in understanding the Finishes & Interior Work procedures, project planning, scheduling and execution concepts.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work, should have key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.
