Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Automation Developer!

Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and document automated workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of automated processes.
• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of the developed automation solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for automated workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blue Prism best practices and standards.
• Create and maintain documentation related to automation projects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/ master’s in computer science or related disciplines.
• relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication is a must.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Key Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Blue Prism for developing automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of VB.net for custom script development.
• Experience with creating Macros to automate tasks in Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for integrating and streamlining workflows.
• Understanding of SQL databases and data manipulation.
• Ability to design and implement error handling and logging mechanisms in automation solutions.
• Knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
