In this role, A position as an HVR (High Volume Replication) Developer typically involves working with data integration and replication technologies, specifically focusing on large-scale data movement between various systems.
The candidate will have a strong background in data integration and replication technologies, with specific expertise in HVR. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining data replication solutions to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems. The candidate should be proficient in SQL, scripting languages, and have a deep understanding of database concepts.

Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement HVR-based data replication solutions to meet business requirements.
· Configure and manage HVR environments, including source and target endpoints, channels, and mappings.
· Monitor and optimize HVR performance to ensure efficient data replication and minimal latency.
· Investigate and resolve issues related to data replication, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HVR configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation.
· Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data during replication processes.
· Set up monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address replication issues.
· Ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices in all aspects of HVR development and implementation.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in data integration and replication technologies, particularly in the HVR ecosystem.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Proven experience as an HVR Developer or similar role.
· Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
· Demonstrated proficiency in HVR database technology.
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
· Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Greenplum.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Certifications demonstrating proficiency in HVR or related technologies (e.g., HVR Certification) are highly desirable.
· Experience with other data integration tools and technologies is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
