About the Company:  Morph Electric (a brand under AltNxt Energy Pvt Ltd.) is an innovative Hyderabad based start-up in the Electric Two-Wheelers space, founded by Alumni from IIT Madras and Ather. We are upgrading petrol two-wheelers to fully electric - making them cleaner, smarter, quieter and more efficient. 


Job Summary: Looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and become an integral part of our operations, who can provide crucial support to upper management, manage data and records, ensure office efficiency, tracking company financials, assist in HR activities etc.


Key Responsibilities:

●      Administrative Support:

  • Generate memos, letters, forms etc.
  • Assist management with scheduling meetings, correspondence, making travel/stay arrangements etc.

●      Administrative Duties:

  • Monitoring company financials: Keeping track of monthly expenses and financial transactions.
  • Communicating with vendors/suppliers: Making calls, sending emails, providing updates as required, assist with invoicing.
  • Managing social media pages: Posting blogs and engaging content on company’s social media handles.
  • Coordinating and Supervising: Coordinate office activities and supervise employees/staff.
  • Managing Data: Maintain records, databases, and update spreadsheets.

● HR Support: Assisting in employee onboarding, maintaining records of employees’ salaries and ensuring proper communication of work-related information.

● Office Operations: Monitor supplies, maintaining the list of inventory/equipment, office maintenance & efficiency, greet visitors, answer calls etc.


Qualifications:

●      Experience – 0 to 2yrs with Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA, BBA, B.Com preferable.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●      Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

●      Proficiency with MS Office applications.

●      Aptitude for learning new software and systems.


Salary: INR 15,000 p.m. (probation period – 2 months); INR 21,000 p.m. post probation.
