Job Description

Job Summary:

Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive for our EPS (Electronic Products and Services) division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving the sales of our safety and electronic products. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the EPS product line, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers for our electronic safety products, including Safe Load Indicators (SLI), Anti-Collision Devices, and other electronic solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Research and approach potential clients, cold-call, and schedule meetings to introduce the company’s products.
  1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements and offer the best solutions from the company’s product line.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  1. Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline management in the company’s CRM system.
  1. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all EPS products, including their features, applications, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends to effectively communicate product value to customers.
  • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries about product specifications.
  1. Reporting and Sales Analytics:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the safety systems, electronics, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions effectively.
  • A proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
