Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in the education sector to introduce Soomuch.ai. Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Proactively manage client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competition. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Address client queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the technology or education sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
