Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations & Sales Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Provide product information, assist with customer requests, and manage sales inquiries efficiently.

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, track orders, and ensure smooth checkout and delivery processes.

• Post-Sale Management:

• Manage customer service post-sale, addressing any issues, coordinating returns or exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain customer relationships by following up post-purchase and providing ongoing support.

• Sales & Logistics Coordination:

• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries and handle any delivery-related issues.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of products.

• Administrative Support:

• Provide executive-level support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.

• Assist in maintaining records related to sales, invoices, and customer interactions.

• Perform general office duties such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

• CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data using CRM software.

• Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
