Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-DevOps
As a Senior principal Consultant specializing in DevOps, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. Your expertise in DevOps methodologies, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within client teams. You will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing robust DevOps practices to streamline processes and enhance product delivery.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and devise tailored DevOps strategies aligned with their goals.
• Design scalable and resilient DevOps architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate tools and technologies for version control, continuous integration, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Assess current development, testing, and deployment processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to accelerate time to market while maintaining quality.
• Champion automation initiatives across development and operations teams, leveraging scripting languages, configuration management tools, and containerization technologies to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation within client organizations, fostering cross-functional teams and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to client teams on DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies, empowering them to take ownership of their DevOps journey.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance, identify issues proactively, and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that DevOps processes and tools adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements, implementing security measures and best practices to safeguard data and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, developers, and operations teams, to foster collaboration and drive consensus on DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• DevOps Architect with valid years of Overall Experience.
• Relevant years of DevOps experience
• Hands on experience in Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD practices, Reusable workflows, Master Templates, etc.
• Hands on experience in GitOps, Linux, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in full spectrum SDLC.
• Experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps solutions for large enterprises.
• Provide Thought Leadership for Modernization of DevSecOps ecosystem for large enterprises with consulting and delivery experience.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple pods to execute time critical transformation deliverables managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Running a Centre of Excellence to bring frameworks, accelerators and value adds to transform Tech, Process and People.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Application Development experience in any programming language.
• Experience in implementing DevSecOps practices with any Managed Platforms like Harness.io
