Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Tele caller to join our Sales and Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.

• Drive the digital initiatives and educate customers to adopt to the digital banking/service.

• Listen to customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet their requirements.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and be able to explain features and benefits clearly to customers.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Preference to candidates with prior experience in customer service and/or sales roles

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability

• Fresher/Prior experience in tele calling and candidate with multi language proficiency is a plus
