Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Onis Solar Solutions' products and services. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential customers and businesses.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Present and pitch solar energy solutions to clients, including homeowners, businesses, and industrial customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
Proposal and Negotiation:
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions and project feasibility.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and market dynamics is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
