Job Title: Commission-Based Real Estate Agent


Location: Indore

Reports To: Sales Manager / AVP


Job Summary:

As a Commission-Based Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, working with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. This role offers high flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on performance, with commissions paid out for each successful transaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition: Proactively source and engage potential buyers, sellers, and renters through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize digital platforms, property portals, and social media to generate leads and build a customer base.
  • Property Listings: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, ensuring that listings are accurate and compelling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide high-quality services and ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate sale prices, rental agreements, and commissions with clients and developers.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and area developments.
  • Transaction Coordination: Facilitate the smooth transfer of properties by handling necessary paperwork, legal documents, and client consultations.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Work with Channel Partners, brokers, and developers to drive collaborative sales efforts.
  • Client Support: Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the property buying/selling process, from initial contact to deal closure.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • Number of new Channel Partners onboarded
  • Number of properties sold/rented
  • Customer satisfaction scores and feedback
  • Revenue generated (commission earned)
