Duties and responsibilities:

1. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.

2. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

3. Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.

4. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

5. Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax. 

6. Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.

7.Account Supervision, TDS & GST, Income Tax assessment & Finalization and supervision to our team, also managing CC limit LC & BG

Foreign payment, managing all audit compliances planning with our team & discus with owner for budget & expense and finance planning.
